In 1985, I started Butterfly Butter-Rum Cakes from an “Heirloom” recipe handed down through nine generations of family originating in Italy.

Although only a hobby, my goal was to bake the absolute richest , most genuinely flavorful “Old World” rum liquore cake.

Today, thousands of cakes later, I continue to make the same commitment towards excellence. Each cake, a work of art and love, is personally created and uniquely “Dressed” in exquisite continental style for gift giving.
