In 2012, I started Dolcissimo Desserts, a subsidary of Butterfly Limited Butter-Rum Cakes; which began in 1985 from an “Heirloom” recipe handed down through nine generations of family originating in Italy.
Although only a hobby, my goal was to bake the absolute richest, most genuinely flavorful “Old World” rum Liquore cake.
Today, thousands of cakes later, I continue to make the same commitment towards excellence. Each cake, a work of art and love, is personally created and uniquely “Dressed” in exquisite “Continental Style” for gift giving.
